Shipping Information


Some smaller items may arrive within just a few business days because they can be shipped via UPS or FedEx; however, generally, customers can expect orders to be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. In rare circumstances, there are factors out of our control that can result in even longer delivery times. Delivery times to rural areas can also take slightly longer.

Why do some items take so long to deliver? Some larger or specialty items take longer because we contract with special carriers that are experienced handling furniture and will minimize damage. Many of the pieces we sell come fully or partially assembled making it important that we use special handling. This doesn't cost you any more, but ensures that your items will arrive in perfect condition.

Furniture Dimensions. Please refer to the dimensions of our larger furniture pieces. You must be certain that these pieces will fit through doorways, in stairwells, or other tight spaces during delivery. ***You will be responsible for freight charges and restocking fees if items must be returned because it will not fit through tight spaces.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. For more information on the different shipping methods please see below.

1. Small Parcel Shipping (less than 150lbs): Order will usually be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

2. Standard Freight Shipping (over 150lbs): Order will be "threshold" delivery (first dry area). The shipper will call to setup an appointment before delivery.

3. White Glove Service: White Glove delivery is available only on select items. Please contact us for details.
