      The Crofter Bedroom Set by Arts & Crafts Industries is designed to pay tribute to the styles made famous in the early Arts and Crafts movement.  The 60" headboard allows for thicker mattresses and box springs.  The added height allows you to have a comforter, pillows, and thick decorative linens on the bed, yet still see the artisanship of the headboard. The graceful legs of the bed  and sides of the chests slope gradually from top to bottom. The set features tear drop corbels that follow the guiding principles of the period using the highest standards of artisanship while maintaining a fitness of purpose.   The tops and the drawer fronts are 1" thick face glued solid oak, as is the custom of heirloom quality furniture from Arts & Crafts Industries.  The drawers are solid aromatic cedar with English dovetail joints The maple wood drawer slides provide the finest action.

Bed Features (Queen, California King or Eastern King):

• Solid oak panels in every headboard and footboard.
• The tops of the headboard and footboard are made from face glued solid oak; wheat color for consistency and finish.
• Rail kits are solid oak and use the finest quality hardware for easy assembly and sturdiness.
• Beds do not shake or squeak.
• Bed posts feature thru-tenon cap fittings for the authentic look of the period.

Night Stand Features:
